Refund Policy
Any request for a refund will be dealt with individually by
Natal Canoe Club.
Payment
If you elect to purchase goods or services, payment will be made
indirectly to third parties in accordance with their payment
policy. We may provide some services directly to you. Payments may
be made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners or American
Express credit cards); through a payment system; or by virtue of a
monthly debit order; or by deduction from payrolls; or by EFT and
direct deposits to the Natal Canoe Club bank account details of
which will be provided on request. The payment system allows for
review, corrections and withdrawal by you prior to placing final
order.
Credit Card Security
Credit Card Transactions will be acquired for Natal Canoe Club
via Nedbank Iveri facility who are the approved payment gateway for
Nedbank of South Africa. Iveri uses the strictest form of
encryption, and all transactions are secured through a 128 bit SSL
certificate No credit card details are stored on the website.
Customers details separate from card
details
Natal Canoe Club will not store customer credit card details.
Customer details will be stored by Natal Canoe Club separately to
any pages that request credit card details.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction
currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment
options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with
the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The user is deemed to
hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South
Africa in respect of any disputes arising out of or in connection
with this web site, these terms and conditions or any further terms
and conditions referenced on this web site or any matter related to
or in connection herewith.
